Rules - Skills revision

Here is my revised skill list. In it I have eliminated the special skills and grouped some skills I found lacking in appeal or complexity.

Because Physics or Chemistry have the same IP multiplier as personal grooming or brawling. And some of those skills are skill point sinks nobody wants to spend points on.





IP Multipliers from the core rules tend to be quite excesive on the skill development cost.

So instead of the core system I use the following rule:

  • Cost of increasing a rank = (Actual rank + IP) x 10

Remember that if a skill doesn't have and IP listed (Number in parenthesis) it's supposed to have an IP of 1. So, following the previous formula to increase Endurance from 1 to 2 it would cost 20 points and increasing Demolitions from 1 to 2 would cost 30 points.
